It becomes illegal in as much as you aren't married and you are venturing into or tasting it.
Those that do it are termed thief, covetous, selfish...
Why should you ruin that lady when you definitely know you are not going too far with her.
The fact that you will even go far with her does not mean you are licensed to jump on her at the urge of your insatiable libido...
The sad news is the passion of love burning or built in rush will disappear when the outcome of your action comes up few weeks after and she says I'M PREGNANT.
